Social Media Privacy Policy

This policy provides guidance for your businesses use of our social media content, which should be broadly understood for purposes of this policy to include social networking site such as Facebook and Instagram.

CLIENT PRIVACY
Riverside Marketing operates several social media pages including Riverside Marketing, as well as the ad spend for each client. It is Riverside Marketing, policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our social media pages. We keep all personal information, payment information private and do not release it to public.

ORGANIC POSTS
By giving Riverside Marketing control of content management, the client has given Riverside Marketing permission to create and post organic posts at any time that the Creative on the project allows. The client is not allowed to boost an organic post unless it is the ad run for the month (see more under Ad Spend).

REVISIONS
The client is allotted up to three revisions for any posts or ad graphic. The client is allowed to provide text and pictures for the content created by the Riverside team. If the client already has an image, graphic they would like to use, then they are allowed to give to Riverside to use for organic posts/ad. Clients are permitted to use this link (https://www.riversidemarketing.co/content-submission) to submit content for every organic posts or ad. This enables the project to be more efficient. 

AD SPEND
Riverside Marketing will only use ad spend once we have client's consent. Clients are not permitted to use ad spend on a current or previous post made without Riverside Marketing's consent while under Content Management Service. Additionally, if a client boosts a post that Riverside Marketing created, not the ad included in monthly service, then Riverside Marketing will add 15% of ad spend in the next invoice.

An ad graphic/campaign is optional for any package and cannot be rolled over to the next month once the previous month is passed. Additionally, Riverside is to receive 15% of all ad spend regardless of amount used. If a client's ad account is setup to directly charge their bank account from their account, then Riverside Marketing will include the 15% of ad spend in the next invoice. 

Select Social Media packages with Riverside Marketing, LLC include only one ad run at a time.
