Website Policy Agreement

SERVICES AGREEMENT


This Agreement is made and entered into on February 1st, 2022 by and between Riverside Marketing, LLC (“DEVELOPER”) and Peach Perfect (“CLIENT”)


The Developer agrees to provide the following services to the Client: Website Development



WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT



Services Provided

The following services will be provided by the Developer in regards to website development for the Client:

  • Custom Design
  • 3-Page Website 
  • Access to Content Management System (CMS) Back ffice 
  • Built-in SEO
  • Multi Language 
  • E-commerce Store


There are four phases of developmental services: Determination, Design, Initial Development, Final Development. The Developer will complete all four phases by or before a 4-week time period after the date of agreement.


Determination - The Developer and Client will determine the main functions, purpose, and operations of the website in adherence to the Clients preferences. 


Design - The Developer and the Client will discuss the design of the website, including appearance, creativity, and color scheme. All information must be sent before the website is presented to the Client for final proof.


Initial Development  - The Developer will execute all orders and functions that were agreed upon during previous two phases.


Final Development  - The Developer will complete all operations and finalize design for Website in preparation for final Client approval before launch.


Compensation 

A setup fee of ($899) will be paid to the Developer prior to the first phase of development. This cost will cover all fees and work hours that the Developer will encounter during the four phases. 


A monthly fee of ($89) will be paid to the Developer after the launch of the website. This Cost will cover backend maintenance and customer support. Our team does not change manage content or information after the website is live, but it is the clients responsibility to do so unless an additional agreement fee is made after the initial agreement.


Client Agreement 

  • The Client is aware that no services will be provided from the Developer until Setup fee has been paid. 
  • When the Website has been developed and launched, the Client will pay a monthly fee of ($89).
  • The Client is aware that a monthly fee will be charged for the duration of the use of the Website developed.
  • When both parties have signed the Agreement, the Client will pay ($899) to the Developer.
  • If the Client is slow to or refuses to communicate crucial information to the Developer that is needed to build the website, the Developer will not be held responsible if the completion of the four phases surpass 1-months time.
  • The Client is aware that all fees are non-refundable


Jurisdiction & Disputes 

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas. 
  • All disputes hereunder shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts of Texas. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available. 


Taxes

  • Taxes have not been included in the pricing of this agreement. If the cost of taxes do arise, the Developer will charge the Client at a later date.



Term of Agreement

  • This term of this agreement is indefinite unless decided otherwise by both parties.
